A longtime Northern California resident, Mr. Cochrane lives in Roseville and is President of Placer Guaranteed Security, Inc.

Mr. Cochrane received his BA in Economics in 1962 and earned a scholarship to the Graduate School at Kent State University where he did his graduate work in Economics and Finance.

Apart from serving in the Marine Corps for three years, Mr. Cochrane has worked in financial related businesses all of his working life, first, as General Manager of a large Medical Company, then he owned and operated a Real Estate Company in San Jose for many years. He spent the last ten years in the Insurance Industry before joining Placer Guaranteed Security Inc. in 2004.

Mr. Cochrane has been married to his wife, Dawn, for 39 years. They have two children, Kim and Chris.
